FAQ
Can I order a sample?
- Yes, none of our products require a MOQ. You are able to purchase as little as one pair.
What sizes do you offer?
- We offer sizes 1 in Youth to 16 in men. For sizes bigger or smaller than those, send us an email excslides@gmail.com
Are we able to request mock-ups?
- Mock-ups are automatically sent within 48 business hours after you order. Keep an eye out for our email/text so you can approve them. Do to high volume of mock-up request we only make them AFTER the customer has purchased.
Can I change the quantity of the packages?
- No, the quantities can't be changed. If you will like a quote on a specific style and quantity please email us excslides@gmail.com
Can I change the styles in the packages to a different style?
- No each package is designed specifically for that style, the packages start with our simplest printing process which is flat print and ends with our most expensive 3D printed sandals. There are more steps in the process for embossing and 3d printing slides so they cost more. Am I able to select multiple colors for the package or just one?
- You are able to select multiple colors but the logo has to be the same on each one.
